get a program that can rip them from the dvd to your pc. once saved to your pc, it should be easy to upload them to youtube.

If you want to upload specific plays or sections of a game, you'll need a film editing program. Window Movie Maker is a basic program that should suit your needs.
You want WMM 2.6, because it has a timeline which makes things much easier.
