How do i copy an excel spreadsheet to a post?

I tried to copy and paste as a xls spreadsheet and also exported it to a pdf file. Although the data was pasted, it was not aligned properly and was unable to read. How do I get it copied to a post on TD with data aligned and in the gridlines? thanx

you can't
your only option is to take a screenshot of the spreadsheet; host the screenshot somewhere (like imjur) and then post the photo of your spreadsheet
