Dear Admins, I would like to request a new Username

I humbly request a new username. I've asked before but it never really got anywhere. The reason I want a change (as it has been) is because my username contains my name and my location (short hand) and I'd really like to change that.

If any Admins read this, please let me know if it's possible to change it and how to give you my username request (I've already searched - It's available).
