Changed jobs, logged out, forgot password. Need assistance for Username GFunk

My password reset email is being sent to my old email address with my old employer. I’ve had the same username for years.
What if anything can be done to help out here?

Let me edit my request: my phone was still logged in. I reset my email and will now patiently wait until the mods approve the email change.

Yep! My TD email is my username and my first name on that account is TDsn and my last name is Gumbo.

I have a burner email to register for stuff like TD. That's all I use it for.

Yep, I'm pretty sure my email on here is still my college email which I haven't had access to in almost 10 years
