Browser Error - The Page (TD and/or SECRant) is being redirected and cannot load

Receiving a browser error on both Explorer 11 and Firefox that the page isn't redirecting properly. I've performed the basic browser troubleshooting like clearing the cache, checking compatibility view settings, etc. which hasn't worked.
Could this be related to a firewall issue? The error on Firefox indicates an issue with TD/SECRant servers. Consequently, I receive this issue only occasionally. I will be viewing TD and/or SECRant with no issues and then suddenly the page won't properly load.
Closing the browser and opening a new browser session doesn't work either.

I googled "Sec Rant", clicked on the sec rant URL, and then after looking at the SEC Rant for a while I received the error. I copied the URL of the error page.
