Back Button Not Working and Redirect Issues

So I'm not sure if this is even possible for this to be a TD issue, but when I click the back button, it just reloads the page. It only does this on TD. Not on any other website.
I'm using an iPhone OS 9.
Works fine on my iMac.
Edit - I'm also getting redirected to some Facebook lookin site offering $1000 gift cards.

It's been doing that to me for months now. Even on iOS 10.

So TD is now controlling your back button

It's not my back button. It works fine everywhere else. It's something up with TD as confirmed by the above comment.
