My avatar removed because it was "inappropriate" but I cant figure out what was inappropriate. It was just a gif of Ron Swanson dancing

Ah ok. I've seen other gifs as avatars so assumed it was fine. Thought maybe the copyright thing was the issue but theres a ton of other avatars with tv show and movie stuff in them

Mine showed up initially. But the admins removed it and put a note in its place saying it was "inappropriate"

I’ve had admins remove mine saying the images were too big. I then had them resized. Problem solved.

I've checked that too. Size isnt the issue I dont think

Animated avatars or sig images aren't allowed.
There are a few of the older users that had some animated avatars which were grandfathered in before the new policy.

Ah ok. Maybe that's why. Was confused why some people had gifs as avatars. Makes sense. Regular ol image it is
