Avast finding malware on TD

Avast is blocking malware on TD.
Follows is the message.
Link to malware http. It's joburns.net.
Copy and pasting from the Avast message only provides a link. It looks like an advertising cookie. Also, a few more different ads were flagged by Avast.
Infection: URL:Mal
Process: C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe

My Vipre antivirus is showing TD as a potentially malicious site. Never done that before.
