Anyone else have problems seeing twitter and instagram pics?

When people post twitter and Instagram pics all I see is an icon. I can right click and select view image which takes me to the image but then my browser "back" button to get back to TD is grayed out.

I have the same problem on my desktop. Mobile is fine.

When I’m in wifi, I see them fine
When I’m on my network data, nothing pops up
