Wrist injury - can feel tendon/muscle stretch

Last week I injured my wrist pulling something

There was pain a few days after but now that has subsided.

Located below my left thumb on my wrist. Opening a fist fully or moving my thumb away from my index finger brings a stretchy feeling where I can feel the tendon/muscle stretch to full extension.

Never was any swelling or bruise so I don’t think it’s a tear or anything. Currently treating with IcyHot and rest.

Anyone experience this type of injury before? What does this sound like
