Recreating machine movements

Don't know how many of yall follow Alex goode of sorinex on Instagram, but you should be. He has posted a good bit lately on how to recreate machines using the power rack and accessories.
Examples:
shoulder machines
leg ext/curl
I wanted to make a post, not only because its great content for the garage gym owner, but I want to offer some solutions to some problems you may run into. Many of you have rogue or other racks and many yet still have racks with the 5/8" holes like myself.
The sorinex half spotters he is using are 30" long which is longer than most other companies and some people have run into issues with the spotter arms not being long enough. Well I have a solution.
Instead of using spotter arms, you can use the strip 2.0 from rogue, just pick the size needed for your rack (1"= monster, 5/8"=monster lite)
You want to use the 2.0 strip as this will allow you to add weight via a storage pin. Also makes using bands easier.
Simply get the strip, storage pins and bang pegs for your type of rack. If you have 1" holes i suggest getting the rollers from sorinex, they are cheaper, but if you have new monster rack may want to take advantage of the key hole. For 5/8" rack, you can go cheaper like titan.
I also suggest getting 1" inner diameter rubber washers from Amazon. And a 1" lock collar with set key.
Somply slide the band peg through wither the post or spotter arm at desired height, slide the rubber washer on next, then "the strip" another rubber washer and then the lock collar.
The rubber washer keeps metal from rubbing against metal and should eliminate scratching.
The lock collar keeps everything from falling off.
You can use the extra band pegs as handles for for raises or use the rollers like Alex shows.
Some others from Alex (check his channel for a gold mone of creativity)
jammer arm pulldown
jammer arm shoulder raises
jammer arm chest workout
more jammer shoulder exercises
another guy using the strip for leg curls/extension
"the strip" belt squat
Anyways, point is, with a little creative, you can recreate almost any exercise between adjustable jammer arms and something similar to what I posted above.
If you have a machine you want to recreate, lmk and ill see what I can come up with.
