My climb (metaphorically) to the top of The Freedom Tower

Since the summer here in Dallas has been so brutally hot, I've been running and walking on a treadmill at the gym. Started incline walking and it can be a real calorie burner.
So, based on my walk last evening, I 'climbed' 1736', just short of the 1776' at the tip of the spire.
I went from a 6% for 1/4 mile at 3.0 mph, then 10% for 1 mile at 2.8 mph, then 12% for another mile at 2.7 mph, then 15% for a half mile at 2.6 mph, then finished at 6%, 5%, 4%, 3%, 1% and finally 0% incline for the next 0.6 mile at 2.5, 2.4, 2.3, 2.1 mph every tenth mile, dropping in rate and then finished the last two tenths at 2.0 mph for a final wind down.
My METS were:
¼ mile @ 3.0 mph at 6% incline - 5.7 METS. Elevation gain = 79'
1 mile @ 2.8 mph at 10% incline - 7.3 METS. Elevation gain = 528'
1 mile @ 2.7 mph at 12% incline - 8.0 METS. Elevation gain = 634'
½ mile @ 2.6 mph at 15% incline - 8.9 METS. Elevation gain 396'
Then I reduced the incline to successive reductions for every tenth mile to 6%, 5%, 4%, 3%, 2%, 1% and then 0%, and reduced each time in speed from 2.6 down to 2.0 mph as a wind down.
In total, this burned about 725 calories.
Here's what it looked like from the side, with the top line representing the top of the spire of The Freedom Tower:
