Here’s what I’ve been crushing lately:
Ingredients -
3lbs ground beef or chicken thighs.
9 eggs.
1 cup shard cheddar cheese.
1lb white rice.
1 sweet potato.
1 red bell pepper.
1 orange bell pepper.
4 jalapeños.
2 cups of vidalia onions.
2 cups black beans.
Seasoning -
Himalayan salt.
Crushed pepper.
Turmeric.
Cinnamon.
Raw natural honey.
Sauces -
Spicy and sweet sugar free BBQ sauce.
Sriracha.
Kicken chicken seasoning.
Garlic butter powder for the ground beef.
Preparation -
Brown the beef in a skillet or bake the chicken.
Cook the rice in a pot.
Cook the black beans in a pot.
Bake the sweet potatoes in the oven. Dice up.
Dice up the onions and peppers. Sauté them with the sweet potatoes in a large pan first.
Add your protein, eggs, rice and beans on top.
Add seasonings and sauces then stir it all up real good.
Cover with a lid and let it all cook together on low heat till ready to serve.
