Cottage cheese and egg combo is life changing.
I don't do this burrito recipe (will try later), but I usually do 4 eggs, 80-100g cottage cheese with cherry tomatoes and spinach. It's so delicious and doesn't work well without the cottage cheese.

Cottage cheese in eggs and cottage cheese blended to make high protein sauces (chipotle, buffalo, ranch) has made simple meats and veggies meals so much more enjoyable
