Isn’t this quarantine going tk help with all viruses?

This is just a a string of thoughts. I’m not making a point. Just asking some questions.
1. If a man lived on an island for 30 years with no contact, would he ever get any virus?
My guess is still yes.
2. Barring international travel as a variable. The Should we see a healthier population next year since most viruses would also be halted during this quarantine?
Ie. cold flu stomach bugs all subsided during this virus too.
ETA: My iPhone keeps changing “to” to “tk” because I have written TK Mclendons name so many times........just a real LSU fan.

Maybe.
We won’t be healthier tho. Most people are legit just eating non stop during this quarantine.
