Started my reverse this past Saturday voluntarily hulk. I had been pretty stagnant weight wise the past few weeks and was definitely getting the urge to binge.
I'm gonna do an 8 week reverse followed by 4 weeks at maintenance, then a mini 4 week cut as I have a cruise and wedding to attend in September. I know it's not as long as avatar recommends but I plan on falling back into a reverse after those events until the new year
Woke up 3 lbs lighter this morning. Fingers crossed I'll be one of the reverse success stories
