Gym Therapy during Holiday Season

When I was in the military, often the Chaplains came around this time of year to tell us how it was festive for many but very tough for others.
I spoke to a Chaplain once - I'd had a Soldier with some issues and we had a suicide in the unit. He told me that when the tank is empty, the tank is empty, and we had to find ways to keep it full. I know the gym isn't magic, but it's helpful. I think it helps to re-charge the spirit and keep the tank from going empty.
I hope everyone here is having a great holiday season, but if you find it difficult, please don't let your routine at the gym (or anything you're passionate about) suffer. Keep the tank full and Happy Holidays to everyone.
