1. Good sleep schedule, 2. eating from nutrient foods, and even trying to reduce stress and anxiety (exercising helps of course, explore other outlets that life brings to coincide of course)

How long have you been going to crossfit? I started June 20th. I've probably gained 5lbs but my god am I way more fit. Just looking in the mirror I can tell I've put on a good bit of muscle, and really notice a difference in my endurance, strength, etc.

Im loving it, and don't foresee myself going back to a regular gym in a long time.
