Doing my first tri in years

I am doing the Tour de Scott on August 11. It's a really short race: 300m swim, 13 mi bike, 5k run. Aiming to finish under 1:20:00
I am plenty conditioned for it, but I haven't done a race since I was a sophomore in high school. Any other triathletes, what is your routine the last few days before/morning of the race?

A race that small really doesn't require much focus in the prior week for a taper or anything. If it's on a Saturday, I'd probably take a rest day on Thursday. Then on Friday I'd swim easy for 20 minutes, bike for 20 making sure everything on the bike is in working order, and run a mile easy with some quick pickups. It's good to do some of that work the day before. Make sure your equipment is all in working order (use everything you plan to use race day). Also good to do some quicker short stuff inside those workouts to get legs and arms moving faster like they will in the race. But very short, not enough to get tired.

Drink a little more water than usual and don’t eat anything that you might consider to be questionable. Light activity is best. Be sure that you’ve made a checklist of gear to bring with you and get to packing. Clean and lune the chain on your bike.
