I'll be honest, out of all the muscle groups, I'm least interested in working biceps. I've got good size on my arms so I tend to neglect them. When I do focus I end up getting tendinitis in my elbows.
Lately, though, my elbows both feel pretty good and I've been ramping up on biceps and triceps.
Tonight was back and biceps. I went heavy and hard on back and then finished up with 12 sets on biceps.
4 sets of standing DB curls
4 sets of cable curls
4 sets of DB preacher curls
Mid week I'll find a day to hit the incline curls, drag curls, and ez reverse curls.
Also, why the frick do I get cramps so bad in my arms after working biceps or triceps?

We all know Biceps can be overlooked
Do we? They’re really a simple muscle to train and don’t need a whole lot of volume
Plus triceps tend to get overlooked more.
