My mom's uncle had that problem. He used Shower to Shower powder under his arms.

This always happened to me as well. I use Speed Stick Unsented and never had the problem again. It is hard to find but I order it from Amazon

Odd bump, but I came here specifically looking to address the rash in my armpit. I use Old Spice, too. Going to stop at WalMart today and look for Vanicream or Native.

I had this issue big time in the mid-80s when I was in college. The rash covered my chest to back- I tried everything and it continued for months until I switched to Sure Regular Scent.
I’ve been using that ever since.
