And what were your thoughts/results?

I got both shoulders done yesterday—shout out to Dr. Bond in Lafayette. Hurt like an MF-er, but well worth it if I can avoid surgery. I was convinced I was gonna have to be cut on—and even Dr. Bond called my right shoulder “trash.” But the doc was optimistic that this combined with rehab could yield a much better result than surgery. With a lot less recovery time and a lot less expensive. So, fingers crossed.

Also, I think I got this recommendation from a thread on here, but I think I’m gonna order this: Bulletproof your shoulders. Any feedback on that would also be appreciated.

Those just look like resistance bands with a hook on them that you do facepulls with. Not sure the cost, but resistance bands would do the same thing, maybe less convenient.

With that said I have a history of shoulder issues and facepulls are the best thing I've added to my workouts since I've been back into lifting(i actually do a 2:1 pull to press ratio). Probably the best theyve ever felt. I do a few sets every single workout. So on that front I say yes.

Sorry cant answer your main question.

All about facepulls. youtube link.

Basically everything in your link is showing a variation of a rear delt flye or facepull. I do them on the cable row machine at the gym but... You can do all that plus more with 50 bucks worth of resistance bands and a pole or door ancor for them from any sporting good store.

Google:
Resistance band face pull
Resistance band pull aparts
Resistance band rear delt

Take a look at the images.

Then if you want google all the other stuff you can do at home with resistance bands.

Also want to add, I am not discouraging you from that product, if you have the money it does look convenient. It also sets everything up in the cable crossover configuration. But if you want to save some money a few anchors and carabiners go a long way. And finally if you have a gym membership, you can do all of this on equipment thats already there using the cable row machine and the cable crossovers.

Good luck man, shoulder pain is just awful.
