I'm down to lightweight right now, but I feel better at middle. I'm Master 3 so I'm an age group above you.

I'm signed up for the Jan 22nd JJWL tourney in gi. I'll probably wait until the next one to try out no-gi since I don't get much practice at it.

I did the last one at the 182 class, but will be in the 168 for this one. Masters 3, white belt. Trying to hit the gym to lift weights 2 days a week, BJJ now 5 days a week. The hard part is getting proper stretching and cardio in.

I’m starting to add weight training again but only have time for 3 days a week.

I’m considering competing in the AGF event in Shreveport which is the same day as JJWL’s event a shorter drive and maybe my mom and brother can watch. Think I’ll compete at 175 plus I don’t have to weigh in with the gi. After yesterday’s practice I was 178
