Have you guys researched or experimented with A2 milk? I would want to buy a share in a cow, so I could have raw, unpasteurized product and do cream and butter too. I tend to avoid lactose anyway because of carbs but I would def drink some milk straight from a cow (well or close to it).

I'm mostly curious about any lactose-intolerant people who've done well with A2.

I remember drinking the shite out of Kleinpeter Guernsey Gold as a kid--had it delivered. Guernsey is supposedly 88% A2. It never bothered me. It was when I idiotically fell for the skim and 2% scam that I became intolerant (not terrible, but enough to make me hate drinking milk--fatty dairy doesn't bother me at all).

Here's a company selling A2. LINK

One bovine-based company has taken a different tactic: Why not sell real milk to those supposedly lactose intolerant people instead? That’s the promise of The a2 Milk Company, an Australia-based venture, which formally entered the U.S. market in 2015 after success in Australia and China. The company’s basic argument is that while milk may cause digestive issues, most Americans who believe they are lactose intolerant actually aren’t.

So what is actually causing the digestive issues?

ETA: Did some reading and learned about it.
