Wedge fitting on real grass?

A lot of folks suggest wedge fittings to be done off real grass instead of in a simulator with fake turf.
Was thinking of going to Bebu for a full bag fitting but it looks like he is indoor only. Any suggestions for places in LA to get a proper wedge fitting?

Ideally, you want to be on turf that you will be interacting with the most. Are you playing on bermuda? Thin lies? Mostly elevated greens? All of that will be important to your best fit for your highest-lofted club and/or the club you plant to chip/pitch with most. As far as full swings, indoor isn't bad. You'll still feel and see the results of thin/fat and heel/toe. To summarize, PW and GW would be fine on indoor turf with full swings. But give me outdoors preferably in real situations to get the bounce/grind right on the sand and lob wedges.
ETA: Indoor mats used to be hard and "bouncy" but they've come a long way. They're much more realistic so you can definitely tell when you hit it fat unlike the older and worn down ones. But still, outside in real conditions will be the best.

I would think the launch monitor could still accurately determine attack angle, path, face angle, dynamic loft, etc... that’s going to be more important than actual turf interaction.
