Furyk would've been a great story. Coming back from injuries at his age would've been incredible, but Rory's the best player in the world right now. At least it wasn't some fluke player like Si Woo Kim coming out of no where

I doubt Jim plays for the $$$ alone. He’s kept himself fit, and able to play with the younger guys. I’d bet he’d rather the trophy at this point in his life...

Sure, he’s still in great shape, and the trophy would have meant a great deal at his age especially.
