The Titleist VG3 Golf Ball is a premium distance model exclusive for the Japanese market, featuring a super lower spin fleximer cover and soft center multi-component construction. The new Titleist VG3 delivers low spin off the driver and irons for long, straight and consistent distance on all shots. The construction features a soft center for lower spin and an advanced 332 catenary dimple design with a Staggered Wave Parting Line A.I.M (Alignment Integrated Marking), which offers more consistency and length.
Played the Titleist VG3 ball for the first time last week and again yesterday. I absolutely love it! Driver distance is exceptional, low spin so that's what I expect. But I also spun back one 7 iron more than usual so iron shots still have plenty spin. My normal ball is Pro V1x and I couldn't tell a real difference in iron spin. And they have a pearl look to them that's really cool.
I will add that the greens are obviously softer right now so it might not play as good come spring/summer but I will be playing this ball all winter.
Best part..... $25/dozen!
Edit because of internet cowards

You must spin your wedges approx 20 yards. Thats impressive

Obviously I don't spin the ball like that all the time. I did say the greens were soft. Green sloped back to front. I was just making a point that the ball still has plenty of spin even though it's advertised as a low spin ball.

You still hit your 4,5,6,7 iron all the same distance?
