Solo Golfer App

I remember EAL was developing an app via Random Golf Club to assist solo golfers find players in their area with the same handicap. Looks like it was never done. Does anyone use any of the other apps or message boards to help find playing partners?
In North Carolina through October and want to hit as many of the bucket list courses as possible. It just sucks being the rando every weekend.

When traveling and playing, I rather play solo.
But that is a great app and not sure why it hasn’t been invented yet.
