Sicily, Scotland, and the Heartland's Hidden Gem

I was lucky enough to get a chance to play Prairie Dunes a couple of weeks ago, the 29th ranked course in the United States. I'm a big fan of old school courses and Perry Maxwell designs. Courses that have character in addition to quality. Prairie Dunes is definitely that. I also tend to drink a few weeknight bourbons and write a lot. This article is my take on Prairie Dunes.

Awesome post. I think I'll go into my next round with a new perspective and just try to enjoy the experience.
