In what capacity?
A big law attorney like Reed has isn’t just giving a subpoena to a process server and saying “hey serve this whenever you get around to it”
You’re a lawyer too. You don’t need to suspend common sense because you want to knight for LIV or because you dislike Rory. Reed has always been a douche bag. Him leaving the PGA Tour didn’t change that. Him suing Rory, serving him on Christmas Eve, and then acting like he didn’t understand why Rory ignored him is very on brand for him.

That is not how it works, At least in my experience. But I’m not big law. maybe those guys care more about timing. Can’t imagine they do, though. Just get it served by the deadline. This post was edited on 3/10/23 at 4:47 am
