Thanks for the photos and comments on application. Proper application is what makes me nervous.
It looks like it took care of that long scratch that was there.
Site says to buff it in one direction with some fine steel wool. That might smooth out your spots of concern.

Re-did it to look less like a child who can't paint inside the lines.
Used a basic q-tip this time. Better than the provided brush imo. Might still try again with an extremely fine brush or smaller, lint free q-tip.
The paint comes off easy with mineral spirits, even easier with acetone. No effect on the factory coating.
This is what it looks like under direct light and from the naked eye under indoor lighting. Outdoor lighting is somewhere in between, depending on conditions and time of day. Paint adds at least 3 yds.

I applied some Nu Finish to my QI10 3W and Driver last night. On the 3W, it cleaned up a little toe scuff quite well. The sky mark on my driver = it helped a bit but i'll need to fill the scratches, so next step is paint application.
