What spin will the experts put on Tiger’s performance at the US Open to justify making him one of the favorites to watch at the British Open? The bookmakers have to love the fascination that the experts have with him in the majors.

Frankly The Open courses are generally quite a bit different. There isn’t much land it 30 yards shot and let it bounce on at US Open venues.
Very different game required for that. That’s more experience driven which would set up better for Tiger.

I think at this point the book makers are essentially saying that Tiger’s performance in any given event is such an X factor that if you want to bet him, they’re not gonna pay you much for the privledge. They’re telling you they really don’t want much action on him moreso than they really think he’s gonna won.
Like I always say, he may not be Tiger Woods anymore, but he’s still Tiger Woods.
