Playing Oak Harbor in Slidell

Anyone play this course on a regular basis? I'm thinking about joining and wondering what the pace of play is like on the weekend and during the week.

It’s a fun course, unless the wind is blowing. Pace of play is usually pretty good.

My dad is a member out there and he is a part of the ROBs. I play quick but him and his friends complain if they can’t play 18 in under 3 hours. They play every weekday.

Thanks, I'm a member at Covington country club and ever since Abita Springs closed down it's always packed. Along with the shitty way they run the course it's almost unplayable now.
I could tolerate the terrible course conditions when it wasn't crowded, but it's a little too much now.
