Anyone know if Pelican Point has a membership just for the 9 hole course and the range?

Yes, you can get just the Lakes membership. I believe it is $109/mo + $28 cart fee or you can do a monthly unlimited cart plan for around $150. Range is included.
It does get a discount on the Links also, since they renovated the bunkers and greens its now $90 instead of $125 for non-members playing without a member.
