Anyone play there recently? I am playing this weekend and can’t decide between ngcl and Grey Plantation. What do y’all recommend?

Gray Plantation is better, but I always enjoy the National as well - not overly repetitive layouts and usually in good shape. Only thing about the National is the driving range is too damn far away from the clubhouse.

I saw they broke ground on a new clubhouse last week. I love this course and always enjoy playing it. That par 3 with those church pew looking bunkers is a mf'r.

I would love to play Gray Plantation. It's the only course in that area I haven't played.

You cannot go wrong with either. Grey has a nicer clubhouse, the National has a trailer but has a bar and cart bitches.

That’s great news.

If it were the same price I would go Grey everytime..
Grey will cost more and it’s more challenging in my opinion. The National has been battling small weed patches on their greens but looks good otherwise. I was told Grey just punched their greens last week so putting might be an issue..
