My longest drive on a golf course was done with a Titleist 975D driver with a EI70 shift.
For those that know # 18 at Greatwood, I was on the green with that drive and a second shot with the original tightness fairway from the blue tees.
I have play that hole hundreds of times and never hit it in two since.
When I won the Houston Senior ReMax LD, I hit it in the grid 367 at age 50. That was with a Bang head and a 50 inch shaft.
I would love to know where I would hit it on #18 if I was 35 with today's equipment.

#17 at Twin Pines in Russellville is listed at 374, I’ve driven it, probably somewhere around a 330 carry slightly uphill. That was prior to back surgery.
#16 is around a 310 carry and if I got it to draw I was routinely on or close.
I miss being young and flexible.
