So finally got the prolaunch shaft in and was able to hit it on the sim and at the range. I definitely see a difference. It feels so good on a pure strike.
Its wrong for my driver head though (Sim2 Max 9 deg) as I'm producing way too much spin (3500-4500) which is causing my ball to balloon. I need to borrow my sons QI10 LS 9 to see what it does on a low spin head. I had a few 85' in the air which is pretty damn high. The launch angle was also around 17 which is a tad high. I rather stay somewhere between 13-15.
It's a Blue Prolaunch 45g L flex which is a high launch shaft. The Evenflow is a mid-low launch. It's a bit whippy being an L flex. I might also look at tipping it 1" after I test the LS head.
Also next ball I'm trying is the Bridgestone Tour B RXS. A little more expensive than I'd like but it's a 3-piece urethane ball at about 75 compression.
I tried again with the Triad, but I spray it too much, still the best around the green though.
