How's Santa Maria looking?

Any of yall play Santa Maria lately? How are the greens looking?

The greens are smooth and really fast, the grass is starting to green up but very slowly it seems. Everything else is in pretty good shape, bunkers are good as usual and fairways are pretty good as well.
ETA: Played this afternoon and wanted to note, the greens are so fast and thin they aren't taking any of the break. Most putts are dead straight regardless of how they look.
