The tour don't care that the Astros foundation rebuilt Memorial Park...just ask the city of New Orleans how putting 25 million in city park South course worked out for them....zurich is never going to leave the TPC and if the players don't support the Houston Open and the tournament is doomed to be just another tour stop .
Are you a moron? Did you read what i wrote? They already have a contract till 2028 specifically for memorial.
I never argued that it was going to be a lock for a designated event, i just said its not going back to GCOH

Memorial is far from a goat ranch.
GCOH isn’t all that special either

First off the members of GCOH chose not to host again, especially after Shell pulled out.
As a member, I can tell you this is just flat out wrong. A sponsor was in place to keep Houston event at GCoH but bowed out when politics moved the event to Memorial.
GCoH will host a LIV event before it ever hosts a PGA event again and I’d put money on neither.
