I've been intrigued by the connector training aid, but have my doubts about the price. I've bought a lot of training aids and feel like none of them have solved any of my issues of the club getting behind me and blocking it to the right and left. So what's your favorite drill/training aid you've come across?

You’re probably over bending your right elbow (assuming you’re right handed) in the backswing and sucking the club behind you. At the top of the swing your right elbow should be bent 90 degrees or less. I believe tour average is closer to 75 degrees.

Swing to the top and stop. Undo your turn without moving the club or arms and see if your right elbow is still in front of you and bent less than 90 degrees.

Golf advice from this guy seems sort of legit.
