Had a fitting the other day, has anyone else had one here? Thoughts?

I had a driver fitting about 8 months ago. Experience was pretty good to me, though I've never had a fitting anywhere else to compare.
At that point I was very inconsistent with my driver, and the guy was pretty honest about it saying "I'd love to sell you a driver today, but I think you'd benefit from some lessons first to get some things worked out then do another fitting so that you're not spending $600+ on a driver that may not be best for you long term"

The one in Metairie put a new shaft in a wedge for me. It looked like my 10 year old nephew did it. That’s all I got.

I haven’t come across anyone who got fit there that can hit it past me.
