I'm in the same boat for the most part but not consistently in the mid 80s yet. I play the Srixon Z star from 2017 or 2018. $24 per dozen. I can't tell the difference between that and a PV1

I play Bridgestone Tour BX and BXS...depending on the wind. I find the BX handles the wind at my course better but if the conditions are calmer, I use the BXS. Both are really solid choices. Durability is really good for me as well.

I had a $50 gift card for golf merch so I ordered a dozen TP5x balls to try them out but I'm interested in the Bridgestone and Srixon balls. They don't get much hype but everywhere I read (including a lot of these posts) they have good reviews. May order a dozen of each and see if I notice a difference between Srixon/Bridgestone/Taylormade.
