Played there today.

FYI,

The greens are really just green painted dirt. Lots of bare patches in the fairways.

I know we are just beginning the growing season, but the conditions were pretty disappointing.

Played the Wilderness in Lake Jackson last week and it is in great shape.

That course is about 8 minutes from my house. It used to be my go to when Blackhorse was booked or over $100. The last time I played it was in the late fall. It was in such bad shape, that I told myself I wouldn't go back until I heard differently. I can imagine it getting any better with the freeze. Driving by Blackhorse today, I thought it looked to be in great shape.
