Heard the course will reopen may1. Also noti ed today they had flags set on the new greens and tee box markers out.
A few sandy spots in the fairways but overall looks nice

I went out there to the range a couple of times and then walked some holes. Surprised that as much time and money spent on this course, the fairways are still holding water causing grass not to grow. It seems like they just left the old fairways instead of trying to build it up.

The geese are hammering them hard too. I'm sure that isn't helping at all.
I havent walked the old course but I recall them doing work on the new holes fairways.
Either way, it will be way better than what was there if they keep it up
