Can a bowed shaft be fixed?

One of my wedges has a slight bow in the shaft. It’s not unusable but it’s in my mind preswing lol. Local shop says it would have to be reshafted. I’ve been trying to softly bend it back but I’m scared to kink it if I really pull on it. Vokey SM7 if that matters

You can heat it up and bend it back. However, I would just get it re-shafted.

Is that all a wedge shaft costs? Lol. I didn’t even ask cause I was assuming it wasn’t worth the trouble

if you have any shitty old wedges you can also get the shaft pulled out of one of those and put in the bent one

An average shaft will run you around $25-$35. It’ll cost a little extra if you have someone else replace it for you.
