Got fitted with these today. Currently playing ZX7’s. Love my ZX7’s but wanted something a little more forgiving. Miss on the toe and I lose quite a bit of yards. My fitter said the new elytes are incredible. I was surprised when I hit them. Looks like a players iron. Side by side with my ZX7 and aside from a little longer they didn’t look much different. Once I hit them I was really impressed. I couldn’t believe they weren’t a forged iron. Felt almost as soft as my ZX7’s. Stats with the Elyte 7 Iron were 6900 spin, launch was 19 degrees apex at 101’, carry was 180. GC Hawk had me rolling out about 7 yards. Couldn’t believe they were game improvement irons. Lost about 5-7 yards on a miss on the toe. Yardage was very consistent. Went with a Nipon Modus 3 115 Xstiff shaft, which is my current shaft. Can’t wait till they come in. If someone handed me the club I would have sworn it was forged by the way it felt and performed.

I went and had a fairway wood fitting this morning. Callaway Elyte was the winner there.

Ball jumped off the face on those clubs

I liked the Elyte drivers and fairway woods but the G440 LST driver and G440 Max was the woods I went with. Can’t explain but the G440 just felt awesome to me. Was the winner in feel and stats for me.
