Anyone have a metal building they use for housing their simulator? Any idea on size requirements?

If you’re building from the ground up, I would go any less than 16x25x 10 ft ceilings. I’m 16x21 and while I’m by myself it’s great, but with friends over it’s a little more cramped than I’d like.
