A Rouge vs Stealth observation

I was by a Golf Galaxy on Sunday and 3 young golfers who looked like College age players were hitting the Stealth Plus and Rouge Max demo's and checking the numbers.
A guy that I know who works there ask me to watch one of the kids swing, he was definitely a bomber. So we watched each one hit the Rouge and Stealth drivers for a while.
While this is not on course results, to a player each kid averaged about 8 yds longer with the Rouge than the Stealth with the same Tensi Blue AV 65 in each one.
Accuracy was maybe a tad better with the Rouge as well.
All three like they liked the Rouge looks over the Stealth. My friend said that most golfers are not liking the Red face on the Stealth, just a cosmetics thing.
The other interesting fact was that all three of them play the Titleist TSi drivers ( 2 TSi2's & 1 TSi3) and they said they would not switch to either of the new clubs.
It was obvious that the three young guys can play the game and had grooved swings and they were just having a good time bashing clubs, but their data was very consistent.
I'm sure that both drivers will be a marketplace hit and some guys with love that carbon face on the TM. for me, the Rouge is a nice looking driver at address.
Take it for what it's worth, just an observation.

I have a TSi3 3-wood but I don't like the look of the driver for some reason. TM drivers are ugly AF recently. Callaway does a good job making their drivers have that classic look at address and not flashy. I love my Epic.

Don't think I've actually seen anyone who isn't getting directly paid or gifted by TM say they like it.

I can understand the preference that they expressed. There is a reason the OEMs pay bug money to the pros to push the “latest and greatest” models with the weird looks as the next best thing . . . almost no one would pick that strange looking stuff up off the rack and hit it without all the advertising. It just is not very appealing to the eye and the technology usually does not justify an upgrade.
The Titleist TSi is a traditional looking club and, everything else being equal, it would probably be preferred by about 80% of golfers on looks alone.
I’d prefer a non-glossy finish to the crown, like the old grey look of the Titleist 975.

I hit the longest drive that I ever hit on a course with the 975 with a EI70 shift.
Was on the green in 2 on number 18 at Greatwood and made the putt for eagle.
Only time that I ever hit that green in 2 shots from the blues.
