Such a pain in the arse. I remember writing a letter to Santa on a website someone had set up. It was taking forever to confirm sending (right around Christmas, so traffic was way up), so I went to bed after about a half hour of waiting. Woke up the next morning to see that the connection had timed out and it wasn't sent. I was really upset.

An MMO that got it "right"I with it's basic mechanics. It appears we are coming about due for that sort of experience again.
