xbox 360/netflix issue

whenever i try and play a show on netflix i get booted from live. It lets me peruse the menu without error. Any ideas/specific info needed?

right now i'm having issues logging onto netflix, trying to get it to work, but I really don't have a clue of what to do 
I keep getting a login failed code and I have deleted and reinstalled the app twice
